1800 / 1900
One easy-to-remember hotline for the whole country
National numbers through Viettel, VNPT, MobiFone, FPT, CMC and other carriers — with a cloud PBX if you don't have one yet.
1800 and 1900 are nationwide hotline numbers. On 1800 the business pays, so calls are free for the caller — the usual choice for customer care and technical support. On 1900 the caller pays (VND 1,000–10,000 a minute, by the tier you register) and the business receives a 25–45% revenue share. The number stays the same if you move offices.
